  The staff there are very helpful and have lots of knowledge. And they make the shopping experience different than walking into a petsmart or Mr. Pets. Definitely makes me want to go back again. They aim to please.

  Been in their 2-3 times. Rude staff who certainly aren't helpful. Your loss because I don't mind driving all the way to Chilliwack to see friendly helpful faces when I walk through the door. You people are rude. few people in store and I was in there for over 5 minutes without anyone asking to help me. BYE!
